For our client, a well-known asset management firm, we are currently looking for a highly engaged, proactive and reliable personality as Marketing Assistant with immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting and executing various marketing initiatives
• Close collaboration with international marketing teams and stakeholders across the business
• Support the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns and support key client partnerships
• Roll-out and translate locally relevant content for multiple brands
• Employ a data driven mindset leveraging analytics and gathering data to constantly (re)evaluate how and where content is distributed
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Work with marketing, investment and compliance teams to update and maintain content on the local country website
• Curate content for weekly newsletters
• Create/translate online content for the company’s website and social media accounts
• Launch paid Social Media campaigns (LinkedIn) in close collaboration with central marketing team
• Collaborative teamwork - build strong working relationships with local stakeholders and regional/global counterparts to leverage broader marketing activity in Switzerland
• Assist with regular and ad-hoc administrative tasks and reporting
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
• Support and assist the roll-out of multi-country projects on an ongoing basis
• The role may involve limited travel, on an ad-hoc basis, primarily within Switzerland
• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities


• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or Journalism
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing, content- and/or event management, preferably within the financial industry
• Financial product and investment knowledge or strong interest
• Understanding of the financial services industry and asset management sector
• Experience with marketing automation and content management tools such as Teamsite, Eloqua, Adobe Analytics or Cvent would be a plus
• Very good IT skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Helpful, trustworthy and cooperative team player with an open-minded personality
• Good communication and networking skills
• Independent and accurate way of working
