We are looking for someone like you to support our client, a well known Swiss Bank based in Zurich.
The position is to fill immediately, or latest as of Semptember, duration 6 months or longer.
Responsibilities:
- Support the business area Retail Banking in hiring suitable candidates by using innovative sourcing strategies and delivering exceptional talent acquisition
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for junior client advisor hiring
- Source, identify, attract and hire the right candidates and increase the diversity balance
Qualifications:
- Professional experience as a recruiter within financial services, either with in-house experience or from a recruitment agency
- Strong relationship management and communication skills (verbal and written)
- A positive attitude with the human touch
- Fluent in German and good English skills. French as a big plus.
