For our client, a large international player in the digital payment industry, we are looking to recruit a seasoned Project Management Professional to run their highly complex projects across different locations. The ideal candidate has solid experience in applying various PM methodologies, a sound knowledge of the best practices for project management as well as excellent cross-functional project management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure technical/IT delivery compliance with requirements
- Account for operational excellence in processes, customer service teams, etc. to provide outstanding client servicing
- Manage commercial impacts aligned with the project/product strategy
- Make trade-off decisions regarding quality, costs, resources, scope, timing and risks
- Lead and manage various delivery teams
- Manage potential conflicts within stakeholder groups and/or with other programs/projects
- Use both Waterfall and Agile methodology seamlessly during project delivery
Your Profile
- 7+ years experience in leading large projects in an international environment, preferably within IT
- Ability to drive creative solutions with cross-functional partners, in an agile engineering and -product environment
- Proven track record of sucessfully leading and managing end-to-end execution of projects
- Customer- and service orientation across all hierarchies, both internal and external
- Excellent leadership skills
- Sound experience with both conception and execution of project plans with Agile delivery teams
- Excellent communicator both written and spoken
- Business Proficiency in English. German is a plus.
- Knowledge of E-Commerce industry or electronic payments would be an asset
