\nPersonal data is processed in particular for the implementation of recruitment and placement processes, personnel leasing, Try & Hire engagements, Executive Search assignments, internal recruitment, client relationships, communication and the operation of the website. \nData is generally stored on systems located in Switzerland. For candidate, client and placement processes, we use the industry solution zvoove. In addition, we use Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams, for email communication, document management, collaboration and video conferencing. Hostpoint acts as the hosting provider for our website and parts of our infrastructure. Commissioned service providers are contractually obliged to comply with data protection requirements.<\/p>\n

6. Disclosure of Certain Data<\/b>
\nPersonal data is disclosed only where necessary and following prior consultation with the affected candidates to client companies or commissioned service providers. Recipients may include prospective employers, zvoove, hosting and IT service providers, fiduciaries, legal advisers, banks, insurance companies and authorities.<\/p>\n

\nWhere service providers, clients or their human resources departments are located outside Switzerland or the European Union (EU), personal data may be transferred to other countries. This may occur in particular through the use of international technology providers.
