Job profile
- Review of asset management agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, particularly for onboarding new client relationships and additional mandates for existing clients
- Coordination and alignment with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Operations, Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance) to finalize asset management agreements
- Sending welcome letters to clients, monitoring incoming payments, and initiating investment orders
- Supporting the Business Risk and B2C Client Management team in day-to-day operations
- Completed banking apprenticeship or comparable experience in the banking sector
- 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong attention to detail for quality control and review processes, with the ability to work independently and reliably
- Experience in the regulatory review of banking documents, ideally in the area of asset management agreements
- Quick learner with the willingness to take on diverse tasks and adapt to new responsibilities
- Excellent proficiency in both German and English
