Headquartered in Zug with offices in Copenhagen, Vaduz and Bratislava our client targets (ultra-) high-net-worth private individuals and institutional clients.
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and crypto native person to lead the team and effectively increases our client’s market share.
Your Responsibilities- Managing the Client Management department consisting of Corporate & Institutional, EAM & Family Offices, UHNW & HNW, Affluent & Private segments
- Key driver of the firm's top-line growth through strategic initiatives and sales excellence
- Drive global business growth, including client acquisitions and portfolio management
- Planning and executing strategic sales campaigns
- Overseeing PnL to optimize financial outcomes and drive profitability
- Developing business partnerships and expanding our client’s market presence and brand
- Guiding and supporting the teams in business development activities, client cases and as well as in complex AML- and regulatory matters
- Higher education in Banking/ Business Administration or equivalent professional experience
- In-depth understanding of crypto and good connections in the crypto community is a must
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Holistic entrepreneurial thinking with a strong understanding of client needs and requirements
- A hands-on personality and driving initiatives from concept to completion
- Capable of leading and motivating the sales team to achieve the ambitious goals
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and communication skills on all levels
- Profound analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
- Fluent language skills in German and English
- Work with crypto native experts
