We are currently recruiting for an experienced, highly service-oriented professional to lead a small team within the Technology & Operations division of a renowned Asset Management company in Zurich.
- Overall responsible for the Zurich branch cash desks and central fund
- Carry out standard cash transactions such as selling currencies, withdrawals and deposits
- Manage all operational activities related to the historic and iconic vault
- Handle all mail activities (incoming and outgoing) of the Zurich branch
- Providing overall administrative and general support to all local teams
- Lead a team of three professionals, including people review and staff development, supporting the team in growing within the organisation
- Responsible for proper work allocation and upskilling if needed
- Manage recruitment processes
- Minimum 5 years experience in a in a similar role, preferably in the finance or hospitality industry
- Experience in leading small teams
- Able to multi-task and to remain calm and focused in hectic situations
- Safekeeping and cash desk experience is a must
- Business proficiency in German and in English is required, French is a plus
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset with a strong service-orientation
- Reliable and discreet team player
- Self-organised and independent way of working
- Swiss resident
