- HR-Administration for Switzerland, Germany UK, France, Italy and Middle East
- HR Life-Cycle from entry to leaving
- Time management and absence tracking
- Issuing contracts, amendments, termination letters and reference letters
- Monthly payroll processing in collaboration with external payroll providers
- Preparation of statistics
- The recruiting administration
- Interesting HR projects
- The improvement of HR processes
- The administration of the HR Information System
- Commercial education incl. further education in Human Resources: e.g. HR Specialist
- Payroll experience in Switzerland
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Independent and precise working style
- Hybrid working model with offices located near Zurich
