Your responsibilities:- Overall administrative support of the HR Business Partners and HR Management
- Support the recruitment process from application management to interview coordination
- Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding
- Organize and coordinate relocation for new hires, including work and residence permits
- Issue reference letters and contractual documents in German and English;
- Point of contact for any employee requests and time tracking queries
- Administrative support and coordination of training activities
- HR data entry and -maintenance
- Prepare and run HR reports and analytics on request
- Commercial apprenticeship; further education as HR Assistant is a plus
- 5+ years of working experience in HR in a similar role, preferably in the finance industry
- Proficient MS Office user, knowledge of Workday is a plus
- Strong team player qualities, solution-oriented, and hands-on mentality
- Diligent and self-organized working style with a passion for administrative accuracy
- Reliable and loyal personality with a positive, can-do mindset.
