Our client operates a rapidly expanding digital trading platform for treasury products and continues to strengthen its international presence. To fuel this momentum, we are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales and Relationship Manager who is eager to shape the next phase of growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage key decision-makers and opinion leaders at 2nd pillar asset managers, banks, insurance companies, and major institutional investors across French-speaking Switzerland and beyond
  • Inspire prospective clients with the platform’s value proposition and offer dedicated support throughout their daily operations
  • Represent the company at leading industry events and conferences, with a strong focus on the French-speaking region
  • Play an active role in refining and evolving the platform, bringing client insights and market feedback to the product team
  • Continuously monitor market dynamics, client needs, and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities
Your Profile
  • Proven experience as a broker in institutional financing or term deposits, or a successful track record in sales within the fintech, banking, or SaaS environment
  • A well-established network among managers overseeing significant liquidity pools
  • Strong understanding of treasury products and the challenges faced by institutional financial market participants
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with a high level of independence
  • Professional fluency in German and English, with French being a strong advantage
  • Practical experience with HubSpot, ideally at both user and superuser levels
