Your Responsibilities- Proactively identify and engage key decision-makers and opinion leaders at 2nd pillar asset managers, banks, insurance companies, and major institutional investors across French-speaking Switzerland and beyond
- Inspire prospective clients with the platform’s value proposition and offer dedicated support throughout their daily operations
- Represent the company at leading industry events and conferences, with a strong focus on the French-speaking region
- Play an active role in refining and evolving the platform, bringing client insights and market feedback to the product team
- Continuously monitor market dynamics, client needs, and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities
- Proven experience as a broker in institutional financing or term deposits, or a successful track record in sales within the fintech, banking, or SaaS environment
- A well-established network among managers overseeing significant liquidity pools
- Strong understanding of treasury products and the challenges faced by institutional financial market participants
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with a high level of independence
- Professional fluency in German and English, with French being a strong advantage
- Practical experience with HubSpot, ideally at both user and superuser levels
