For our client, a global international bank in Zurich, we are currently looking for a highly engaged, proactive and reliable employee to support the Investment Solutions Team (one-year contract).
Key responsibilities- Support Sales Mangers in all administrative matters
- Obtain and distribute ad-hoc research material upon request
- Organise travels, including flights, itineraries, hotel bookings, etc.
- Manage client data, using CRM tool Salesforce
- Help and advise clients on requests concerning products
- Set up meetings for clients upon request
- Liaise with business partners on operational matters (i.e. file updates, share classes changes, amended business agreements, etc.)
- Maintenance calls to clients to inform them of conference calls, marketing lunches and conferences - Liaise with the Marketing Department in the London Office to co-ordinate PMs visits and itineraries - Organise client events, off sites and other activities
- Projects of different types upon request
- Bachelor or Master student (Economics, Banking & Finance, or similar)
- Professional experience in Banking (Asset Management, a plus)
- Very good IT-Skills
- Trustworthy and cooperative team player with an open-minded personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate and well-structured way of working
- Good communication skills and interpersonal competences
