For our client, a well-known international bank in Zurich, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to support a dynamic Sales team, with immediate start.
Responsibilities- Coordinating and organizing/attending Roadshows based in Zurich/Geneva
- Set up meetings for clients with analysts upon request
- Ensuring prompt execution of clients' requests for research, coordinating client-analyst meeting requests and support clients relationships by maintaining up to date internal client lists
- Organizing/hosting events for clients and employees in Zurich and Geneva
- Creating and updating overview of all webcast, online marketing, conferences worldwide
- Help and advise clients on requests concerning Research Link, give personal training if necessary, set up research
- Corporate access: close coordination with IED team, clients and corporate access team to book desire management meetings for clients
- Monthly expenses for all the team members
- Maintain calendars, arrange internal and external meetings for the team
- Coordinating with corporate services to all amenities and facilities requirements for the local branch
- Supporting the team in all requests (including client requests for specific research reports etc)
- Arrange all conference calls, rooms, AV equipment, dial in numbers and video conference facilities
- Experience as Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant, ideally gained from
investment banking or equivalent organization - Experience in dealing with stakeholders in multiple locations and timezones
- Work flexibly in a complex environment and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Strong stakeholder management skills
