The Business Support function supports middle office and securities services operations across client lifecycle management, KYC processes, billing, reporting, and operational controls.
The role involves close coordination with clients, operational teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data management, regulatory compliance, and efficient operational processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage KYC processes, including client onboarding, offboarding, periodic reviews, and maintenance of KYC documentation and client identification data (CID).
- Act as point of contact between clients, operational teams, and KYC/compliance functions.
- Handle client invoicing, investigate failed invoices or client queries, and support reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, statistics, and management information (e.g., KPIs/KRIs, custody-related reporting).
- Maintain client data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy, proper access rights, and compliance with data classification policies.
- Monitor client credit limits and renewals and prepare regular monitoring reports.
- Support internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation and follow-up on findings.
- Contribute to process improvements, operational projects, and the maintenance of internal procedures.
- Commercial education (KV) or equivalent, ideally with banking apprenticeship
- Experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, or client lifecycle management within financial services
- Exposure to middle-office operations, client servicing, or billing processes is an advantage
- Fluent English (written and spoken); French or German is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team environment
