Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business and IT teams
- Support the phased rollout of a global digital underwriting solution across multiple countries
- Communicate product capabilities, roadmap updates, and rollout plans to local stakeholders
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze feedback from business users to support continuous product improvement
- Support country teams in embedding the solution into existing local processes
- Define training approaches and develop materials such as user guides, demo videos, and presentations
- Deliver training sessions and support change and adoption activities
- Create rollout communications and adoption materials for local markets
- Monitor usage and actively engage with country networks to drive adoption
- Support the documentation of adoption metrics and business benefits for key stakeholders
- 3–4 years of experience in change management within global transformation or software rollout initiatives
- Proven experience managing UAT for software solutions across multiple countries or business units
- Experience in commercial insurance or a related financial services environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage international stakeholders remotely
- Experience creating training and communication materials, including multimedia content
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
- High proficiency in standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP), project management or Agile certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Scrum) is a plus
- Exposure to AI-enabled solutions or technology-driven transformation projects is desirable
- Experience working in geographically dispersed, multicultural teams
