Responsibilities:
                        - Assist in preparing the Swiss fund management company for upcoming regulatory assessments
- Corporate governance team taking care of fund transactions, proxy voting process, audit, all governance matters
- Produce regular updates on corporate governance matters for presentation to executive leadership and the board
- Oversee and monitor the activities of the project group while generating updates regarding progress for the workstream lead and integration team
- Help plan and coordinate meetings for the executive committee concerning “Voting and Creditor Rights,” including organizing logistics, gathering necessary documents, and documenting decisions taken
- Facilitate the coordination and preparation of group legal actions, including the management of fund distributions for cases in Switzerland and Luxembourg
- Collaborate on key tasks needed to fulfill project objectives, following the directives of the team manager
- Serve as a primary resource for inquiries related to corporate governance, managing business risks, overseeing general meetings, and exercising voting rights
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the fund industry; legal background (paralegal apprenticeship e.g.) is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance from an accredited institution
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and German
- Swiss fund knowledge – Must
- Strong ability to notice details, along with good skills in solving problems and taking responsibility for tasks
- Experience in putting together presentation materials for senior team members
- Motivated individual with a positive mindset and a desire to make changes in the organization
