Key Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation, meeting preparation, and follow-up
- Ensure clear stakeholder communication and information flow
- Apply PM methodologies (Prince2, PMI, IPMA) and support tool usage (MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
- Drive quality assurance, gate checks, and lessons learned
- Prepare high-quality status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and Steering Committee materials
- Coordinate with other projects/PMOs and manage dependencies, risks, and milestones
- 7+ years as a (Senior) PMO with strong planning, risk management, and controlling skills
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) and C-level reporting (4–6 years)
- Professional fluency in German and English
- Solid understanding of PM standards and governance frameworks
- Strong communication skills, structured work style, attention to detail, and diplomatic assertiveness
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of stock exchange operations, compliance, and security requirements
