We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Assistant Private Banking professional who is fluent in German and English. The role involves supporting Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality services to ultra-high-net-worth clients, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Relationship Managers in all administrative matters
  • Prepare client presentations, reports, and financial documentation
  • Assist in account opening, onboarding, and compliance procedures
  • Liaise with internal departments such as compliance, legal, and operations
  • Handle client inquiries, transactions, and general banking requests
  • Maintain and update client records while ensuring confidentiality
  • Support investment and financial product administration
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal banking policies
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Banking apprenticeship or similar education, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management in Switzerland
  • Profound knowledge of investment products, financial instruments, and wealth management solutions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and banking software (Finnova)
  • Understanding of Compliance, KYC, and AML regulations.
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is a must.
