We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Assistant Private Banking professional who is fluent in German and English. The role involves supporting Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality services to ultra-high-net-worth clients, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Relationship Managers in all administrative matters
- Prepare client presentations, reports, and financial documentation
- Assist in account opening, onboarding, and compliance procedures
- Liaise with internal departments such as compliance, legal, and operations
- Handle client inquiries, transactions, and general banking requests
- Maintain and update client records while ensuring confidentiality
- Support investment and financial product administration
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal banking policies
- Banking apprenticeship or similar education, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management in Switzerland
- Profound knowledge of investment products, financial instruments, and wealth management solutions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software (Finnova)
- Understanding of Compliance, KYC, and AML regulations.
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is a must.
