You will benefit from a structured onboarding program and close mentoring, enabling you to gradually take on responsibility and actively contribute to client relationships from an early stage.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop your own client portfolio, including regular client interaction and travel within Europe
- Provide holistic, client-focused advice on investment solutions, financing, and wealth structuring
- Prepare investment proposals and performance reports
- Execute transactions including payments, securities trades, and related activities
- Maintain and update client documentation (e.g. KYC, contracts, forms)
- Support administrative processes such as CRM management (Expersoft), client communications, and compliance reviews
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or similar
- Initial professional experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment banking
- Strong client and service orientation with high quality standards and team spirit
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professional appearance
- Proactive, efficient, and independent working style with flexibility
- Fluency in German, Spanish, and English is mandatory
