On behalf of our client, a well-known Private Bank based in Zurich, we are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to support a Senior Board Member on a 12-month temporary assignment starting August 2026.
In this high-profile role, you will act as a trusted partner to the Senior Board Member, ensuring the seamless orchestration of daily operations, strategic priorities, and stakeholder engagements. Working closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership, you will play a key role in enabling effective decision-making and ensuring smooth execution across a fast-paced and highly visible executive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of internal and external commitments in close collaboration with the Chief of Staff.
- Coordinate end-to-end planning of meetings, events, and engagements, including scheduling, preparation of materials, travel arrangements, and expense management.
- Support the Senior Board Member in preparing for internal and external meetings, speaking engagements, and interactions with senior business leaders, clients, government representatives, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate across the organisation to ensure alignment, efficient execution of priorities, and effective stakeholder coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of board and senior management meetings, including agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and meeting notes.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Anticipate needs, identify potential risks or scheduling conflicts, and proactively implement solutions to support efficient decision-making.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, board members, or C-suite leaders in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Strong track record in coordinating high-level stakeholder engagements and complex executive schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Experience interacting with external stakeholders with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple competing demands.
