For our client, an internationally operating Family Office, we are seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant / Office Manager.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Principal while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence and act as key contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, meeting documents, and administrative materials
- Oversee daily office operations, suppliers, and service providers
- Coordinate invoices, expenses, office supplies, and hospitality arrangements
- Support onboarding activities and organise meetings and events
- Coordinate personal appointments, private travel, and household-related matters for the Principal
- Commercial education or similar qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
- Discreet, reliable, and proactive personality
- Independent working style with high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Office presence required
