For our client, an internationally operating Family Office, we are seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant / Office Manager.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Principal while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential correspondence and act as key contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, meeting documents, and administrative materials
  • Oversee daily office operations, suppliers, and service providers
  • Coordinate invoices, expenses, office supplies, and hospitality arrangements
  • Support onboarding activities and organise meetings and events
  • Coordinate personal appointments, private travel, and household-related matters for the Principal
Requirements
  • Commercial education or similar qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent German and English communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Discreet, reliable, and proactive personality
  • Independent working style with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Office presence required
