As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of client relationships and ensure smooth management of their banking, administrative, and legal structures. You will act as a trusted partner, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities- Manage and oversee client relationships independently across administrative, banking, and legal matters.
- Monitor cash flows, maturities, and transactions, ensuring liquidity planning and accurate reporting.
- Execute the full investment lifecycle for Private Equity and Hedge Fund commitments, from subscriptions to capital calls and distributions, coordinating with fund managers, custodians, and advisors.
- Maintain and update loan schedules, corporate records, and organizational charts.
- Onboard new clients, including KYC collection, contract preparation, and bank account openings with custodians.
- Handle updates, changes, and closures of banking relationships.
- Collaborate closely with service providers, trustees, lawyers, and banks to ensure seamless operations.
- Support and deputize the Head of Client Management Team, including contribution to projects and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements (AML, Cross-Border, Code of Conduct).
- Drive efficiency and foster strong cooperation across departments and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in client administration/account management within Swiss banking.
- Knowledge of Trust Business is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, with excellent organizational and execution skills.
- Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
- Strong service orientation, flexibility, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
