Our client’s Operations division plays a central role in powering the firm’s global banking, trading, and asset management activities, ensuring that every transaction is supported by robust processes, strong risk management, and effective operational controls.

Within this environment, the WM Operations team in Zurich is a key partner to the Wealth Management business in Switzerland. The team works closely with local stakeholders in Zurich and Geneva, while also collaborating with global counterparts to deliver seamless support and outstanding experience for WM clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and play an active role in client rolling reviews
  • Build strong relationships with WM Business, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and global Operations teams
  • Continuously expand knowledge and cross-train across WM Operations functions in Zurich
  • Share expertise and contribute to improving account opening and review best practices
  • Apply a strong risk and control mindset to review processes, mitigate risks, and strengthen controls
  • Proposing and support process improvements and operational enhancements
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years’ relevant professional experience in financial services, ideally in account opening, client data management, or client identification/rolling reviews
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex topics and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Excellent written and spoken English (German is a plus)
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a team environment
  • Legal or regulatory background, process improvement experience, and software testing exposure are advantageous
