For our client, a well-established private bank in Geneva, we are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Assistant Private Banking to join the team on a temporary basis for an initial period of three months.
Your responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Relationship Managers
- Manage client documentation and ensure accurate maintenance of client files
- Prepare account opening documentation and support KYC/AML processes
- Coordinate client meetings, manage calendars, and arrange business travel where required
- Process payments, transfers, and securities-related instructions in accordance with internal procedures
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence in English and French
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requests
- Deliver a high level of service while handling confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience as an Assistant within Private Banking or Wealth Management
- Solid understanding of private banking operations and client documentation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with banking systems is beneficial
- Immediate start with an initial 3-month temporary assignment
