Responsibilities
- Establishing yourself as a regional point of contact for the business and global team, act as a risk manager for the firm through ongoing assessment and awareness of the tax regulatory environment
- Identify and remediate control or process improvements surrounding tax processing
- Develop a knowledge in taxation requirements, systems, and processes for a broad range of positional and transactional tax obligations
- Partnering with the global team to work through essential tax reform programs (such as FATCA and CRS), assess impact and execute seamless implementation
- Managing related inquiries from a variety of the firm’s businesses across established markets
- Bachelor’s degree with up to 3 years relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical skills as well as problem solving ability and able to work under pressure
- Technical experience in especially good excel skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic and energetic personality with attention to detail
- Independent, careful and dynamic personality with the ability to work in a team
- Fluent in English and German
