We are looking for an experienced Senior ICT Project Manager to lead a large-scale transformation initiative within a leading financial services organization in Zurich.
This high-impact program aims to reshape and harmonize the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across the enterprise and accelerate the organization’s transition towards AI-enabled software engineering practices. You will operate at the intersection of business and technology, driving change across multiple entities and functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a CHF 15M+ transformation program focused on SDLC standardization and modernization
- Orchestrate cross-functional, international teams across engineering, architecture, security, risk, compliance, operations, and data/AI
- Drive executive stakeholder management, influencing decisions in governance forums
- Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes such as time-to-market, quality, and resilience improvements
- Plan and execute standards adoption and AI-readiness initiatives across business units
- Create engagement and momentum through effective communication, branding, and internal events
- Own full project lifecycle: scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in leading transformation and software delivery projects
- Proven track record in enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry (4–6 years preferred)
- Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA
- Strong expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication
- Experience leading cross-functional and international teams
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks and modern SDLC practices (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, DevSecOps, CI/CD)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
