For our client, a leading international investment bank, we are currently seeking a Client Onboarding & Account Migration Specialist to support a high-profile strategic migration project within its Private Banking division.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated project team responsible for migrating a portfolio of Private Banking clients and assets from Switzerland to France. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, compliant and efficient transition throughout the entire migration process.
Your Responsibilities• Support the end-to-end onboarding and migration of Private Banking client accounts
• Coordinate and execute account openings, account transfers and asset migration activities
• Review client documentation for accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance
• Maintain and update client data across internal banking systems
• Liaise closely with Relationship Managers, Client Service teams, Compliance and AML to ensure a seamless migration process
• Coordinate asset transfers and monitor migration progress throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the implementation of regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Assist with issue resolution and contribute to the successful delivery of the overall migration programme
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide administrative support throughout the project Your Profile
• Minimum 3 years' professional experience within Financial Services, ideally in Client Onboarding, Account Migration, Client Service, Relationship Management Support or Private Banking Operations
• Experience working within a Private Banking or Wealth Management environment is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of account opening processes and client documentation requirements
• Familiarity with core banking, custody and order management systems
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, FATCA/CRS and GDPR would be an advantage
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is considered a plus
• Excellent English language skills are essential; additional European languages are advantageous Personal Skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
